The anime follows the story of Taotao and Mengmeng, young reporters from the Little Master Newspaper, who transform into animated characters and arrive in Ellipse Magic Tower Town. There, they team up with members of the Rooster Crow Newspaper to form the Justice League, fighting against the Negative Energy King, Chun Chun, for the dreams and peace of the town. In the second season, the Negative Energy Demon King Chun Chun returns. Unlike the first season, the Crystal Evil God controlling Chun Chun enters a dormant period early due to insufficient negative energy. In order to awaken the Crystal Evil God and revive the grand plan of ruling the Earth, Chun Chun devotes himself to cultivation, continuously enhancing his combat power and magical abilities. Meanwhile, to protect the safety and peace of Ellipse Magic Tower Town, the Justice League also engages in constant physical training, always preparing to face new challenges...
