"Ranma ½: The Movie 2 - The Battle of Togenkyo! Get Back the Brides!!" (Ranma ½: Kessen Togenkyo! Hanayome o Torimodose!) is a Japanese anime film released on August 1, 1992, and is the second film in the theatrical "Ranma ½" series. It was distributed by Argo Project. The runtime is 60 minutes. Ranma and the others came to a southern island for a vacation, invited by Kuno. There, Kasumi, Nabiki, Akane, Shampoo, and Ukyo are successively kidnapped by a mysterious shadow. The culprit is Toma, who has been gathering young women who could become his brides in order to choose his own bride. Ranma and the others set out to rescue them.
