This film is adapted from the famous comedic sci-fi animated TV series "Futurama," telling the story of how Planet Express is taken over by villains, and our poor robot Bender falls into the clutches of the criminals, forced to help them carry out their sinister plans. 　　The animated series "Futurama" has won multiple awards including several Emmys, with an impressive IMDB rating of 9.1. The production team behind the series is the same crew responsible for "The Simpsons." It was once broadcast in Hong Kong under the Cantonese title "乃出个未来." The series follows the adventures of Fry, a young man from the 20th century, in the 30th century. 　　Phillip Fry is a 25-year-old pizza delivery boy in New York City, whose life revolves around rushing around every day. On December 21, 1999, he is accidentally cryogenically frozen and wakes up 1,000 years later, giving him a chance to start a new life. He finds a job at Planet Express, a company specializing in providing modern parcel delivery services to every corner of the universe. His colleagues include the spaceship captain Leela, a tough but lovable one-eyed alien, and a robot named Bender who possesses many human flaws. Fry, Leela, Bender, and sometimes Amy and Zoidberg, risk their lives delivering packages across the universe, occasionally engaging in charitable acts for tax deductions.
